To supplement the low entry fee, we reach out to the local business community to participate in building the event. In the past, we have been tremendously gratified by their support. As we look forward to this year, we envision an even larger partnership with our township’s business leaders.

We are offering you the opportunity of corporate sponsorship with several levels of participation.  With this larger anticipated involvement, we hope to raise enough funds to improve bike safety in West Windsor by installing  bike racks and “Share the Road” signs.

As you budget your corporate giving for the fiscal year, 2010; we ask that you include the West Windsor Bike Fest in your plans.  We are offering you the opportunity to support the town in which many of your employees and their families reside. 

On the day of the ride, we are pleased to offer our supporters space for display booths at the event to showcase your business materials such as banners, flyers, pamphlets, etc.  Your company’s message could be seen by more than 1,500 people!
